Gala Restaurant & Bar was founded in Titisee-Neustadt by two young entrepreneurs and brothers, Mert Eroglu (26) and Umut Eroglu (23). This project is not just a business, but the realization of a vision built on passion, experience, and ambition.

Mert Eroglu, a proven chef with experience in 5-star hotels, forms the foundation of the kitchen with his culinary expertise. Umut Eroglu, a graduate in computer science, brings a unique perspective shaped by his experience with cocktail bar culture during his time in Poland. The combination of these two different worlds defines the unique identity of Gala.

Their goal is clear: not to create an ordinary restaurant, but to offer a place where guests can feel both luxurious and completely at home.

In Gala’s kitchen, every detail matters. The burgers are prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients and finished with signature sauces, delivering a distinctive taste in every bite.
